Credit expired!?

Last year i contacted groupon regarding a coupon that we could not use. Groupon advised that they can not refund me in cash as they can only refund in credit which I accepted. For the past couple of months I have not received any mails from groupon despite numerous attempts on the website to receive mail from groupon. This morning I logged in on groupon and wanted to buy a groupon to find that my credit has expired. i tried to find contact detail on groupon but it gives me a message that it is blocked!!! I was never advised that my credit will expire, how can my credit expire it is my money??? I receive no mail or correspondence from groupon and now they want to take my money??
I refuse to accept this and either want my money refunded or my credit restored!!
Urgently contact me since i can not access any contact information on groupon.
