Expired vouche

I bought Ster Kinekor tickets on Groupon, and they expired. When I contacted them, they said there is not refund or credit for these vouchers. Even the Consumer Protection Act makes provision for a refund or a credit.
Their own T&Cs makes provision for a credit.
6. EXPIRY OF GROUPONS
In respect of traditional Groupon coupons- The Promotional Period (including, but not limited to, any discounts provided by the Groupon coupon) expires on the date specified on the Groupon coupon.
After the expiry date of the Promotional Period, we will credit your Groupon account with the amount paid for the voucher, no cash refund will be rewarded for expired vouchers.
