It's not often that one has a complicated issue and when you call the call center that you only need to explain yourself once. Yes I only needed to explain myself once with regards to my situation and then to top it off the response was clear and concise and the action decided upon was immediately taken.

All I can say is DOUBLE WOW to the warm, friendly and efficient manner in which you dealt with my issue and most of all to your attitude of perseverance to help a customer even though I decided to not go through what I though was going to be a schlep of having to re-explain myself at least twice.
Your's was a refreshing experience to say the least.

In summary i can say only one thing, Lunga Mateta, YOU ROCK!!!
