I cancelled vouchers approximately 9 months ago with Groupon. They then promised to credit my account. i have since sent more than 20 emails and spent many many hours on the phone trying to speak to a person, any person at the call center. i got lucky 2 months ago whereby I discussed my issue with the call center agent who agreed to credit my account with the unused vouchers. Its been 2 months and when i decided to use my credits this week, i found that it's not there. I have been trying relentlessly for the entire week to reach Groupon, but after spending hours on the phone, only to be cut off. the email responses received from the call center agents don't address the specific issue, instead generic email responses are sent.

i am totally disgusted as a customer to be receiving this kind of service. My credits are not allocated so I am unable to make purchases which sometimes i urgently need to do. I am not prepared to spend more money on items when i should a larger credit balance. Groupon, please attend to your customer requests as the Groupon experience has become an extremely frustrating and time consuming one. I need my credits please.
