Bad call center and bad service in general!!!

Every time I call with regard to incorrect billing of account i have to explain my complain and given a case number. The consultants tell me to await a response with 24 hours and i never get a call back or any response.

I call back and have to explain the problem all over: then get passed from accounts to billing to sort out the problem myself. The consultants don't listen to my query. They type in their own nonsense and then transfer me to the next person. I explain the complaint 4 times already and and nobody is prepared to sort it out. Its an ongoing issue since the beginning of the contract in July and now its gotten worse. It seems like nobody knows what they are doing and they don't know what to do.

Can someone please call me back and explain how they are going to resolve the billing issue.
