No assistance what so ever!

I am just trying to move my line from my home address to my office. I've been trying to do this since 22 July 2013. I spoke to the call center where they informed me that I needed to change the account into my company, I faxed the documents to do this, no response. I faxed again! Nothing! I went into the store, & the consultant told me to email a different letter, I did this. I went back into the store 5 days later to find out that still nothing has been done. I have just received an invoice in my post box for double the amount I usually pay, I phoned the business call center from my cellphone becasue the landline hasn't been working for almost 2 months, speaking to a lady, I explain and she says she can't help and transfers me to the automated system again. I choose the same option again, speak to Steven. I explain the whole thing again, and tell him that my cellphone airtime is going to run out and ask him to call me back, he says he can't and that I must phone from my landline (WHICH IS NOT WORKING), then he says "hold on" and doesn't come back on the line. I waited 10 minutes on the line until I ran out of airtime! I have no idea what to do now?
