SLAMMING THE PHONE DOWN

I called VVM regarding an email i received saying I owed an amount... this was an account I had 9 years ago and while trying to explain to the person at their call center or what ever its called that I have been living outside the country for the last 5 years and had payed the amount way before i left he slammed the phone down in my face. This was totally uncalled for, their scare tactics will not work on me, the only thing now is that i have still not got through to anyone to explain my situation... FUSTRATING!!!
