Terrible service when trying correct an accounts e

At the beginning of March 2013, my ADT account was debited with an incorrect amount. I called the call center to explain the situation so that they could correct it. It is now 40 days later and this situation is still not resolved. I have phone over 30 times to speak to someone and try and resolve the issue. I have been put on hold every time I call for over 15 minutes and then get disconnected. I have spoken and emailed numerous consultants; credit controllers; managers and still this issue has not been resolved. Completely pathetic service on an issue which could be resolved so quickly. Perhaps it is time to move my account to another supplier.
