I would like to apologise for my attitude yesterday towards MTN customer care team. I realsie the situation was by no means any fault of the call center assistant and had indeed been caused by my own action. I became very frustrated at the situation and took it out by shouting at the call centre operator. She fortunately did not react to my anger and calmly dealt with the situation. I would ask that you apologise to her - unfortuantely I do not have her name. But do humbly apologise if I caused her offence by my rudness.
