Empty Promises

From November / December last year we have been waiting for products we have purchased. After phoning twice to see whats happening, no mail stating or a phone call Only to be told on the first item is out of stock, after paying for our purchase a couple weeks before. Second item we have been promised on 3 different occasions that our product is being dispatched, it will arrive and after a month of waiting still no product has arrived and they cant even track it??? Come on if you going to have promotional products make sure you have enough stock and you can actually call and track the parcel from the supplier, only now wanting to cancel the deal, it has been escalated to the refunds department where they will make their decision??? if your suppliers cant keep up with the demand why do they have promotions and why are you not using a reputable courier company??? Unacceptable, not happy and will never be using Groupon to purchase any product that needs to be delivered. Unreliable and had to make other plans to get gifts that these products were for :(
