I purchased 2 vouchers from Groupon on 29/01/2014 and i made an EFT on Monday 03/02/2014 which i sent payment confirmations as well. Surprisingly i didnt get the confirmation of receipt of payment as usual. Next day i sent them an email enquiring which was not replied too only got an email the next day with 1 voucher but the other one was not credited, had to send another email and only to be told it was not accepted. I asked them to reverse my money which i am still waiting for till today. People be aware of bogus service these people provide - if not aware you will be ripped off your money. I need my money as in yesterday
