Groupon just took my money and battle for 6 months

I have often bought groupon deals and only got the best service and have also recommended it to friends and family. Last year September I bought the Ster Kinerkor deal were you get a ticket for R35. I bought 4 tickets and the money was deducted immediately. I bought the tickets taking into account that we are going to the coast for the September school holiday and if it was a rainy day I could use it! Well that's were the trouble started. I have sent email after email, with the same response we are so sorry we are looking into the problem, please send proof of payment which I have done numerous times. It is the 24th of January 2014 more than 3 months later and still the same response! We are waiting for feedback we are aware of the problem. How difficult is it just credit my account of give back my money! I consider this as they took my money and refuse to give it back!!! I can only correspond through email and requested a contact number but with no avail! What the!
