I purchased 3 Groupon vouchers for printed photobooks, but decided to cancel the vouchers as I wouldn't have enough time to construct photobooks before expiry of the vouchers on 22 January 2014. I sent an email to Groupon on 6 Jan requesting a refund, but their reply on 9 Jan stated that the 7-day cancellation period is over and they couldn't process a refund. I replied on 9 Jan asking if I could obtain Groupon credits after expiry based on their Expiry of Groupons clause in the T&Cs. I didn't get a response and re-sent the same mail on 10, 14 and 16 Jan, but still no response. I spent my weekend constructing a photobook to use the vouchers, just to find an email from Groupon in my inbox on 20 January advising that my vouchers have been cancelled. I phoned them just to be told that they couldnt reverse the cancellation and I needed to speak to the supplier, BKPhotoBooks, to make a plan. The supplier advised that they could not claim for cancelled vouchers thus it didnt help my cause. Groupon had the audacity to contact the supplier and give them a mouth full on them causing my unhappiness!!?? My problem is ALL Groupon. BKPhotobooks are still trying to help resolve my problem!!!
