False Promises from a Supervisor and No Refund

Good day,
I purchased a voucher on the 07th of October for a total amount of R334.00 for dinner for 2 at Rhapsody in Pretoria and till today I have not received my voucher.
I called Groupon on the 14th of October to query the fact that I have not received my voucher and the consultant I spoke to told me they will not be able to refund me my money back but they will give me Groupon Credits. I wasn't happy with that but obliged on the offer.
I called again on the 16th because nothing has been credited on my Groupon account the consultant I got through to told me a different story that they can now refund me my money and all I needed to do was to send them my banking details and the proof of payment to prove my purchase of which I did.
I called again on the 18th as nothing was credit in my account and I got to speak to Kelly who is a Supervisor who then assured me that I will receive my payment no later than 5 days, she sent me an email to acknowledge our conversation. It is now the 05th of November and I am still waiting on my refund. I have not heard anything from anyone at Groupon to apologise on this issue and I am yet to receive my money.
