Made payment 30/01 still no vouche

On the 30/01/2013 I purchased two Ster Kinekor Groupon vouchers to the amount of R60. An EFT transfer was done and I waited for the specified time for the payment to clear etc. I contacted your support via your website on 08/02/2013 with request [URL Removed] . Naomi Siame replied and I was requested to send proof of payment, where I would then be credited for me to purchase the voucher again.

I sent proof of payment expecting either the voucher to be sent or a credit so that I could purchase the voucher again. Kelly-Ann Paulus then replied to my proof of payment saying that once payment has been settled the voucher would be sent to me. I paid this on 30/01/2013, sent proof of payment as requested so why are you telling me payment needs to be settled? By the looks of things this agent never bothered to check the previous interaction I had with her colleague. Please send my vouchers or refund my R60.
