Firstly, my order detailing 2 items took 4 weeks to deliver given 3 Week maximum "Fine Print" - So much for under promise over deliver!

Secondly, Item (s) then arrived with only 1 item present thus bringing the missing item to their attn. Very patronisingly the lady dealing with my support case insisted that my item arrived with several "have a good day and enjoy item" statements in email. Eventually item arrived after I took the initiative and my time and effort to call courier and explain issue.

I am extremely disappointed in the handling of the case and that is the nature of my gripe! She was so unprofessional that I was never put in contact with management after a request for the last 10 working days. Calling or leaving messages at Groupon anticipating a response is like anticipating a fish to ride a bicycle! So essentially impossible!

I have shown client loyalty since their inception - however seems the greater (sorry incapacitated better word) they get with growth - so do customer services become volatile. Mere drop in the ocean but my monies are spent better elsewhere.
