Non delivery of Christmas Catalogue Items

I have contacted Groupon already 5 times and phoned them, being placed on hold for 20 minutes, at my expense, and I still did not receive the items I bought from the Christmas Catalogue on 4 December 2012.

The only response I get is that it has been directed to some-one, and then after a few days the response is: This request has been deemed solved Feb 11 Nerice Heyburgh was assigned to your request. BUT I STILL DID NOT GET THE ITEMS I ORDERED AND PAID FOR.

Ido not want a refund, I want the item I ordered and paid for. I had to buy the person for whom the item was intended for another christmas present, with the undertaking to forward the item I ordered initially for her, when it arrives. I thus had an additional expense, due to the non delivery of the item I ordered and paid for.

I the meantime Groupon has my money and earning interest on it, which they are not entitled to.

Does the holding company knows what bad service Groupon South Africa is rendering???

This is an international company, rendering good service, except the South African division.

PLEASE DELIVER THE GOODS I ORDERED AND PAID FOR.
