Incorrect item was delivered

I ordered a mattress from Groupon and the incorrect item was delivered. I emailed and was told to send a picture of the item which I did. Since then I have not heard a reply. I have phoned about 15 times, and left several messages for Yusuf to call me back, but no one has contacted me. According to Groupon's policy, items have to be returned within 7 days.

Groupon's service is absolutely pathetic. I wish to return the item and get a full refund. I will never be using Groupon again.
