Continually telling me my item will be delivered!

I ordered an item on 1st October, the item said 1 day delivery, but it was after 12:00 so I gave it 2 days.
2 days later I received nothing so I gave them a call.
They said that the Item was being shipped from there Jhb branch and that it will arrive on the 7th October, but if i payed an additional fee I could have it on the 5th October. I refused and requested they deliver the item for free on the 5th as it was there mistake. After discussing it, they did deliver it on the 5th.

The item was faulty.

After getting back to them on the 7th for the faulty item I waited for there response which never came until I contacted them.

I have been calling them every day since, with promises of delivery of a new item.

They guaranteed me that it would be delivered by the 11th October.
It is now the 14th October, that's 13 days since I originally ordered the item which was supposed to take 1 day.

When I phoned the Mr Delivery about the order they said that the it was only placed with them on the 11th October for delivery.

If you cannot deliver the items on time then do not advertise that you can.

This will most likely be the last time I ever buy from you as [URL Removed] are much more reliable.
