Pathetic Service

My experiences the last month with Truworths call centre. I have placed two orders, one was a fashion delivery which i was requested to pay a R40 charge if i wanted the item in three days and the other was a customer request which will take three weeks. I had to keep following up on the items. The item that was ordered through fashion delivery arrived after 4days dirty. Store didnt even contact me to say that the item was there. When i arrived at the store to check the item was there, then check the item which was filthy as ever. The teller told me that i can purchase the item that was worth R550 and go home and wash it. That was the attitude of the teller. I requested for the manager Martie and she advised that there is no other stock worldwide of that item but she will have the item drycleaned and will contact me once done. After the item was drycleaned i was contacted by Martie to say i can fetch. I didnt check the item throughtly, when i got home the item was still dirty had pen marks and spots of make up. I went to the store on the 30 Dec and requested to see Martie and she was not available. Left a message for her and no calls till now. No customer service from Truworths at a
