Poor feedback and customer service!

I purchased a summer wrap dress on 12 Jan & the fine print said allow 4 wks for delivery. It is now the 6th week and no sign of this item been delivered. I have contacted the support address to enquire and I do not get a confirmed answer as to the status of this item. I have now asked to be refunded and still have not received a response! I find that Groupon customer support is more interested in ensuring that they close an item once they respond even though the response is not sufficient to close your complaint. They are not customer focused and very poor at answering questions! Trying to get a hold of them is even worse than trying to get through to a bank call centre!

I have paid for an item that has not been delivered and want my money back!!! Is that really unreasonable to expect? I have been misled by false advertising and Groupon is the supplier that I have engaged with and would expect them to respond accordingly!
