I ordered an item from Groupon after a few days of trying to establish which was the correct item to order from the list provided. When delivered, they had sent the wrong item. My first few emails were responded to with an acknowledgement of receiving the email and a promise to investigate. Since then I have not heard a word from them. They cut off your call after 15 minutes of holding and do not reply to emails. i have another 2 items i am awaiting which are both well over the promised 2 week delivery period.
Any ideas on what to do next?
