On the 20/11/2012 I placed and Paid for my order. TO DATE it has still not been delivered, this was supposed to be delivered before Christmas! On the 9th January 2013 I emailed the customer service department [Email Removed] to enquire when I can expect delivery, I am yet to receive a response. On the 15th of January I had to send another email requesting when delivery will take place, only to received responses on the 25th of January stating the following.

(Apologies for the delay in response. We have run out of stock of these goods. Please advise if you wish to place another order, however it will take an additional 2 weeks to arrange and deliver instead of an additional 4 weeks. Alternatively please advise if you wish us to refund you.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Groupon is doing its utmost best to deliver all products which have not been delivered in time.
You will get confirmation once we have feedback from the supplier as to when to expect this item.

Why is it my responsibility to follow up on an order which has been paid?
