Wicount falsely advertises

Wicount falsely advertises, and when you complain about it, they dont seem to care. Last November I purchased 4 vouchers for the special for Bodissimo. The advert was false and misleading.

The advert says :
-there was a choice between a Swedish, hot stone or aromatherapy. There was none!!
- The duration of the massage is an hour, this was false as the owner insisted its 30 minutes!!
- there were no 'bonus' discounts to future treatments!!

We made a booking via the owner last week Thursday, for the 20th Jan at 5pm for 2 of vouchers.
We arrived on time for the treatment, but the owner forgot to book it in. He asked if we could wait till 5.30. But They were only ready for us an Hour later!! Then we find out that there is only one therapist. So one of us had to sit out and wait yet another half an hour, while the first one did the fir bed.

Then from the fir bed I moved to the massage room. To when my partner finally got to go to the fir bed. The last of our treatments ended at 19:40 . 2.5 hours later! They did not have enough pillows, and robes, that we had to share (unhygienic!!) I spoke to and emailed Leroy last week and did not get a reply. I want a refund of all vouchers!
