Failure to Refund ruins December break

On the 6th December 2013 I purchased a Nelson Mandela R5 (MS66) coin which was on promotion on groupon for R999.00. after purchasing the coin and transferring the money into the groupon account via eft, I cancelled the product. the cancellation took place on the same day. I also received an email, on the 6th, stating that my enquiry has been forwarded and received a ticket number of (#119424). I have, since, been in contact with Raj Kamar A, who has been telling me that the groupon refund team will look into my request and respond to me as soon as they've got any information. I have not received a single response from the refund team as yet. I have emailed Raj 2 days ago (Wednesday 1st January 2014) to enquire about my refund, he then told me that he can refund me with groupon credits if I would like it. On more than on occasion I have told Raj that I need the money and do not want groupon credits. After refusing the credits he then said that he will forward my request to management to look into. I have really been set back this December period due to the groupon delaying my refund since 6 Dec. 2013-4 Jan. 2014. In their policy they state that there is a 7 day refund period.
