I purchased and paid for an item on 19 November 2012, with delivery due to be within 4 weeks from date of redemption. I have emailed twice quering the status of my delivery and was advised on 28 December 2012 that my order would be delivered in the second week of January 2013. it is now the end of January and I have not yet received any delivery or communication regarding the delay. This is unacceptable especially considering the value of my purchase!
