This is worse than bad service, it's pathetic. Don't expect assistance from Groupon or even a response.
MAJOR CONCERN: Will I even get my money back!!!

What happened? The facts:
Furniture purchased from Groupon Goods NEE presented by [URL Removed]
Purchase date: 10 December 2013
Delivery promised in 2 weeks.
Apparently the Supplier closed from Christmas to 6 January. So delivery information was false.
Actual delivery date: 11 January 2014
GOODS DELIVERED WITH MISSING PARTS
Complaint registered with Groupon: 13 January 2014
REPEATED PHONE CALLS RESULT IN PROMISES TO EMAIL FEEDBACK. TO DATE, NOT RECEIVED.
Groupon Call Centre cannot assist, only Product Specialists can communicate with Suppliers.
17 January: Admission that Groupon cannot get hold of the Supplier
20 January: Groupon notified to collect product as it is being returned. GROUPON CANNOT REACH THE COURIERS TO ARRANGE COLLETION.
