Worst service ever and still got worse

Stay away from Groupon.

I ordered a Eight Channel DIY CCTV Kit, where they say it takes 2 weeks more like 6 weeks.
It was also suppose to have a hard drive supplied with the kit but that did not arrive.
I have been sending them mails for a month now and keep getting the same response.
I apologize for the trouble. I am escalating this issue to the appropriate department.
I urge everybody that has had a bad experience with Groupon to lodge a complaint with the national consumer.
I have and did on 3 other occasions against IBURST, AVIS AND ADT the National consumer ruled in my favor for all 3 grievances.
