EARTH CALLING MOTHERSHIP

I bought an organiser from the in the beginning of December and no matter how many calls I make to the call centre and get promises that it will be sorted out, no matter how many emails you send, these people simply cannot deliver the goods. Looking at all the complaints on Groupon they should get a gold medal, climb into there infantile "mothership" and go into another universe where they will hopefully. be used for some painful and long experiment by aliens.

After all my complains I eventually got a call from a very rude courier who tried to deliver the goods at the wrong address on last Friday and do you think I can find out what has happened since.

Come on guys you should not be in business!!!
