I have purchased several items via the groupon website for various retailers and suppliers.
1 - goods have not been delivered
2- when visiting the businesses- the business does not exist
3- the products do not do what they claim to do

I have emailed groupon custermer service repeatedly for months now with no suitable response.
I called their ' mothership' in cape town at my cost and repeatedly requesting a refund for fake businesses, lack of delivery of goods and false advertising.

They assuage me with promises of refunds and nothing has been received.
Please assist as I believe groupon is now providing a platform for bogus suppliers, profiting from it but taking no responsibility.
