I have already filed a complaint on Hello peter and the Groupon responded with this message:

What email and Where did the Reference number come from! So No one contacted me further than this. I phoned Groupon and after waiting 13 Minutes I got connected to an agent and I stated my problem! It seems that they never sent me my package and let me say this was ordered on 13 Dec 2012. So first of all they are not doing their job and secondly she responded saying she will resend the package, and I explicitly told her that I want feedback and a tracking number! Nothing happened after that! So still no Idea where my package is or if they actually did send it. So Groupon your disappointing me!

So If someone could refund me or get my package to Me I will appreciate it!!!
