False promises

I have previously complained about the non delivery of an item purchased. I now wish to complain about the misinformation given. Two weeks ago I was told that the product will be dispatched within a day or two. Last week upon enquiry I was again promised it a day or two later. Today I was told that the supplier has eventually received stock and that my order will be expedited. I should receive it within 5 to 7 days! I cannot believe they have the item at hand at all and deem it necessary to caution about the business practices I have been exposed to by Groupon?
