Will I actually get the refund?

GrouponSA's mothership says they'll collect the goods (extremely poor quality sofa bed) since my hellopeter complaint, but I'm reluctant to have them pick it up without the refund guaranteed first - otherwise I'll be without the goods and the money, by the looks of far too many hellopeter complaints about lack of refunds!
