Good Day,

It's now been almost 2 weeks since the items were collected from me (to be returned to Groupon) and I have not had my refund deposited into my account. WHAT IS THE DEAL, GROUPON? You know where I live, you know which account you misappropriated my money from (and I don't say that lightly) and you have my contact details. Enough is enough!!! As Nelson Mandela said (and I hesitate to you waste his wise words in this forum but they are apt and entirely deserved), "Never and never again..."
I insist that I be reimbursed immediately - Groupon owes me far more than they've taken.
According to the replies by the "Mothership" (whatever that means) to the litany of complaints directed at Groupon on Hellopeter, all those who were prejudiced by the Xmas non-deliveries would be compensated. I am still waiting...

I expect this matter to be settled and resolved so that I can sever my ties with your organization.
