In November 2012, I purchased an item from Groupon online. Up to now, I have not received my goods and it seems I may never receive it. I gave it till January to see if it comes but stiil not. I called in and after an hour of holding on, eventually my call was answered. I was promised by a supervisor that the matter will be looked at and she will call me with a report. I have emails which I have sent through with an automated response stating that I will be contacted soon. No EMAIL / TELEPHONE Response upto now. BEWARE PEOPLE... if you buy from these online companies, and you dont receive your goods, there is very little you can do about it. I am gonna try to contact someone who can use the consumer act to fight my case.
