Goods not delivered, emails being ignored!!!

I purchased a scrapbooking set in November 2012. More than 3 months later and several complaints to Groupon, I am still waiting. Since January 2013, I have sent a total of six emails enquiring and complaining about the non-delivery of the goods purchased, I have not had a single response from Groupon. This is utterly unacceptable! I want my money back because you did not deliver on your obligations and now do not even bother to respond to my queries.
