Appalling service and NO delivery

I ordered a Spongebob Musical set from the 'Christmas list' on 3rd Dec - guaranteed delivery for xmas. This was a gift for my 2 yr old nephew. 21st dec - nothing - i phone and i am promised delivery by latest 24th dec. 24th Dec 12h00 - Nothing has arrived. I phoned again at 1pm and wa spromised by a guy that it was on the truck and on its way to me. i even got an email from Carmen at 3pm on 24th Dec PROMISING that i can rest assured it will be delivered by the end of day. IT WAS NOT. Then Groupon CLOSE until 2nd Jan! In jan, i start phoning and emailing again. Am told now that there is a stock issue! so much for it being on 'the delivery truck'! they offer me a refund. I want the goods - i have one very upset nephew who still has not got his xmas pressie. It is now 31st jan and I have been promised 3 times this month that I will receive it 'this week'. Has not happened. At this point, this is. I demand my goods that i ordered be delivered to me AND i expect full reimbursement for what i paid also for all this i have had to put up with. Constant, hundreds of rands on my phone bill - i am so tired of this. Just sort this out.
