Groupon SA scamming lots of people out of money

I ordered the orthopedic pillows from Groupon SA which I paid but still have not received. After numerious online queries, telephone calls etc, I would like them to refund me.

Received Delivery notice 19 Dec 2012
E-mailed, phoned in January and the response was: there is a back log on deliveries. Called again and was told the goods was sent back because it was faulty. Called AGAIN 12/02/2013 and a delivery was promised within one week, well the week has gone and not even a call to advise delivery progress.

Contacts at Groupon were Kesha / Shamine and a few others. Online request ref no's: #649064 and #641651

Seeing all the complaints on Hellopeter I think someone at Groupon SA should take responsibility!!! in handling and sorting out these queries which can result to if there side of the deal is not honoured.
