Groupon Fails Again

Having written a report on the 30th January, regarding the lack of service/and goods concerning Groupon - I received a phone call at 8.30am on the 31st January from the company. I was advised that they had redeemed my voucher for the 186pce Proffesional Tool Kit, and personally emailed this to the supplier involved. I was also advised that I would receive my goods "shortly". To date I have neither had any further communication with them - nor have I received any goods - this despite the fact that payment was made, via eft, on the 15th January. I am fed up, disgruntled, and furious at the obvious lack of follow up by this company. What is going on at Groupon and when am I going to receive my goods???
