Item purchased on 16 Sept 13 - no delivery

I purchased an item on the Groupon site on 16 Sept 13. I still have not received said item.
I have contacted them via email on several occassions. On 2 separate ocassions, I received an email reply saying that the "problem" was "being looked into".
The last 3 or 4 emails, I have had no response to.
The contact number is a joke! "There are 20 people ahead of you - please stay on the line"
I have yet to speak to someone!!
Not good enough!
