NON-EXISTENCE OF AFTER-SALES SERVICE

I ordered and paid (R718.00) for goods on - 13 November 2012. These goods were intended as Christmas gifts.
During week 10/12/12 a representative of Groupon contacted me telephonically advising that the goods would be delivered on 19/12 and apologised for the delay. Needless to say, Im still waiting and, despite 43 e-mails I have yet to receive a courtesy of a reply. EXCEPT, of course, the automated messages.
AND by the way each of these automated responses had a box to be ticked whether you are happy or unhappy with the service. I have on each occassion ticked "unhappy" and also NO RESPONSE.
So readers do not expect any response from GROUPON in any way whatsoever. I WANT AN APOL0GY AND MY MONEY R718.00 REDEPOSITED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY.
