GROUPON PAID, BUT NO COUPON PROVIDED - SCAMSTERS?

I ordered an On line Language Course on 13.01.2013 and paid by eft. On 15.01.2013 I was sent an email by Groupon to notify me that my order had been received. Then NOTHING!!! Waited number of days to get voucher - received nothing. Phoned (not a Telkom number - so it is expensive!) a number of times to try and get info (held on for 30 odd mins each time before anyone answers). Eventually was told that my payment does not 'reflect' and I NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PAYMENT!!! Phoned my bank, who confirmed that payment was indeed received by the Account No provided by Groupon. I sent a 'proof of payment' fax as well as a 'proof of payment' email. To date, despite telephone calls, emails and further sarcastic emails and threats of 'Hello [URL Removed], I have received ABSOLUTELY NO FEEDBACK FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL ON THIS MATTER!!! IS THIS A MONEY MAKING???

The second problem I have with Groupon, is the replacement of a coffee machine, which was delivered with a vital part of the machine missing. A water filter jug was also supposed to be part of the order, which was never delivered. STILL NO SATISFACTORY OUTCOME OR INFORMATION FROM GROUPON!!!
