No delivery in 2 months - completely ignored

I purchased an MP3 player for my wife at the end of November expecting delivery before christmas. Nothing arrived then I received an email stating goods would be delivered by 20 Dec using TrackIT... my order never once appeared on the TrackIT site. I phoned the call centre and got to about the details of the purchase after waiting 25min for an operator. Since then I have submitted 3 emails to Groupon and they have simply sent automated messages back and now closed my call... never once having the courtesy to phone me or give me any information. This is a real pity as I have purchased a number of items through Groupon previously and never had a problem. The customer service however is simply non existent and I suspect they do not have the product available which is why no-one is contacting me. I am extremely angry about this and will never be using Groupon again... if my product is not delivered timeously I am also going to be escalating this via a legal route.
