CAFFELUX special ordered in Nov &still no delivery

My mom ordered a Caffelux Coffee Machine with capsules and cups on 19 Nov 2013. after payment an email was received that it would be delivered within 2 weeks. We have not heard anything from Groupon to explain why it has still not arrived. When we eventually managed to get hold of Groupon we were told it was stuck in a cargo container and would be delivered to us on Christmas Day. WE ARE STILL WAITING!!! this was meant to be a christmas gift. This is absolutely ridiculous and its impossible to get hold of anyone with an idea of whats going on. An email stating a delay would at least have given us a bit of piece of mind. Makes me wonder how many other people also bought this deal and are still waiting for it to arrive. This is under the "FINE PRINT":

Delivery for this product will occur within 2 weeks.

It has been no been over 6 weeks.
