My family of 7 (5 adults & 2 kids) came for a nice coffee and piece of cake after shopping on Thursday 21 March 2013 - it was round about 4pm and all we wanted was coffee and cake -We ordered the following - 1 Filter coffee with hot milk - 1 cappuccino - 2 espresso and 1 other hot drink and 3 slices of cake, we did not order the for the children after about 10 min received the cappuccino and filter coffee with cold milk we had to send the waiter back for hot milk, then 5 minutes later we all received our cake but was still waiting for the rest of the drinks - when one of us went up and asked the 4 managers standing by the coffee station watching cricket what is going on with our order - the manager started shouting at the waiter which was one of 2 that was running around like headless chickens - eventually when the other drinks arrived the 1 espresso was forgotten and we then just asked for a filter coffee the coffee come with no milk and one of us had to get up to ask for milk- when we enquired about the 2 glasses of water we asked for with the espresso we were told by our waitress that they are running short of glasses. Needless to say we will think twice before ever returning.
