NEW FILTER HOLDER ES547 FAULTY & LEAKING

It is the 3rd time that i have repaired the black plastic filter holder, since i have had my coffee machine. the plastic handle is not strongly made and keeps coming loose or cracking at joint. I went to your branch in Maraisburg got replacement parts on 25th feb 2013 (doc # 4313103925). when i was there we noticed that the new and old filter holders are different, incl spares. when i got home to use, it is leaking water when pouring coffee and frothing milk. i live out in hartbeespoort dam (1 hour away). its a waste of petrol and time to keep repairing and returning . any advice how to sort. i tried to call your tel # 011 474 0153, on the invoice, but just just rings and no answer and cannot leave an message???
