After lodging my complaint on HelloPeter, Groupon responded promptly. My coffee machine was collected and the courier left a slip to confirm. I thought everything was being addressed but nothing happened. After another complaint to Groupon they asked if the machine was collected and I confirmed (10th May). Then - the issue just died.
