We purchased 2 Mellerware coffee machine vouchers from Groupon beginning December 2012. For some strange reason, only 1 was delivered at our house end of December 2012. We have not received the second one yet.
I have sent numerous mails (to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] and posted numerous requests on their [URL Removed] website, but as yet have not heard any response. I tried to call them once, but the waiting time was just too long.
I find it unacceptable that they have not come back to me with any explanation as to what happened to our 2nd coffee machine. I mean, if it is out of stock, just inform us and arrange for a refund. What can one do to get any useful feedback from them? Leaving a customer in the dark, still waiting for their product 2 months later, is simply unacceptable.
