NO REFUND

I bought a voucher in the amount of R149 on 10th October 2013 from Groupon and started querying on 13th Nov 2013 why the voucher has not been sent to me.
After numerous e-mails between myself and Groupon Customer Service (non existence service), namely Guhan Manishankar, Chaneille Davids and Joshva Livingston L, I supplied them with proof of payment on two occasions and reference number, I received the following reply from Joshva:- Please advise if you would like us to add the Groupon credit to your account so that you can purchase a similar deal off our website, alternatively please provide us with your banking details so we can process the refund for you.
I supplied my banking details three times and subsequently has e-mailed and phoned and spoken to Saravana and had a number of automated replies from Saravana, but to date (20 January 2014) my money has still not been refunded.
I am wondering if they are hoping that I will eventually give up as the amount is so small, but if they can do this with every say third customer, they are on a very good money making scheme.
