Hi there, I would like to report on Groupon's custom service. Beginning of september 2013 I bought a wheel alignment voucher from Groupon. The next day my car got. So after checking out the cancellation policy on the groupon website, it said I have 7 days to cancel and receive a refund. I immediately contacted them for a refund, which is when the nightmare started. Today (20-12-2013) i still havent received my R149 refund. Their first response was to give away the voucher if I couldn't use it. No understanding that car just got, no I must just give away my voucher.

9 employees for a R149 refund??? It was referred back to management at least 3 times!!! They request the same information over and over again, which I supply over and over again. When I couldn't deliver a second reference number, they said they can refund me in groupon credits, when I gave my approval to refund me in groupon credits they said they can't refund me if I don't have the reference number.

What can we do here???
